Digital Products

All products sold through our store are digital products, such as PDF guides, eBooks, templates, or other downloadable content. No physical products are shipped.

Because digital products are made available for download or access immediately after purchase, they cannot be physically returned.

Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

Where applicable under consumer law, you may normally have a statutory right of withdrawal.

However, when purchasing digital content that is supplied immediately, you may be asked during checkout to expressly consent to the delivery of the digital content before the end of the applicable withdrawal period and to acknowledge that, once delivery of the digital content begins, you lose your statutory right of withdrawal.

Where these legal requirements have been fulfilled and access to or delivery of the digital product has begun, the purchase can no longer be cancelled under the statutory right of withdrawal.

Refunds

Once a digital product has been delivered or access to it has been provided, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons such as:

• Changing your mind after purchase

• Accidentally purchasing the product

• No longer wanting or needing the product

• Not using or downloading the purchased product

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

Problems With Your Purchase

If you experience a technical problem, receive the wrong file, cannot access your download, or believe that the digital product is defective or materially different from its description, please contact us.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, corrected file, technical assistance, or a refund where required by applicable law.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, please contact us with your order information. We may refund the duplicate transaction after verifying the purchases.

Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe a purchase was made using your payment method without your authorization, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can investigate the transaction.
